1. Why does my child need a Mock Exam?
   
   
   • Experience the format of 11+ entrance examinations  
   • Practise under timed conditions
   • Overcome exam pressure and fear
   • Identify strengths and weaknesses
     
     
2. How many Mock Exams does my child need?
   
   We advise you to choose the appropriate Mock Exam based on the schools your child is targeting. From the results of the first Mock Exam, you can choose to book a second Mock Exam at a later stage after identifying and rectifying the weakness from the first one. 
   
   
3. When do I get my results?
   
   The results will be made available via the eMock online platform immediately after completing an exam. 
   
   
4. Why do you charge admin charges?
   
   Admin charges will be applied for any cancellation request. 
   
   
5. Can I cancel or amend my booking?
   
   Yes. You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the start date of the Mock Exam. If you would like to amend your booking, you can do this up to 7 days before the start date. 
   
   
6. What do we get in the results?
   
   
   • Raw score and Standardised score  
     
   • Report by Subject and Topic
   • Solutions to Incorrect and Unattended questions 
     
     
7. Do you provide breaks in between exams?
   
   This is only applicable for classroom mock exams. Yes, we will provide 15 minute breaks in between the exam papers. Online mock exams are managed by parents and we will provide instructions prior to every weekly exams.
