TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following and our standard terms and conditions are applicable for our Classroom Mock Exams.  Click here to review the standard Terms & Conditions.  

• Bookings
  
  • You must sign up for an eMock parent account in order to book a Mock Exam – this enables you to check the results on the platform within 2-3 days

  • Booked Mock Exams are only specific to the assigned pupil

  • No admin charges are added for all our online exams. 
  
  

• Emergencies
  
  

  • You are required to provide an emergency contact number in case if we need to get in touch during the Mock Exam

  • Emergency contact information can be managed from the Manage Booking page
  
  

• Medical Conditions - This is only applicable if the Mock exam is conducted in a physical classroom. 
  
  

  • You are required to provide us with information of any medical conditions (including allergies) or disability 

  • This can be managed from the Manage Booking page

  • If any allergic conditions are brought to our attention, we will take necessary measures to protect the child but we can not guarantee non-exposure to the allergen
  
  

• Cancellation charges
  
  

  • Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the start date of the Mock Exam

  • An admin charge of £10.00 will be applied for any cancellation request

  • Amendments are permitted up to 7 days before the start date of the Mock Exam

  • You will need to contact the eMock Support Team to make any changes (admin charges may be applicable)

• Safety
  
  

  • It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to drop and collect the child from the Mock Exam venue -  Only applicable for classroom Mock Exam
  
  

• Punctuality - Only applicable for a classroom Mock Exam
  
  

  • You are expected to drop your child 30 minutes before the start time

  • If you are late, your child will not be given any extra time

  • You are expected to collect your child promptly once the exam has finished

  • You will be given further instructions a few days before the Mock Exam
